US 30 Drag Strip - Hobart:  Commercial In-Sites was the sole broker representing both seller and buyer on the historic former US 30 Drag Strip at 7900 Clay Street in Hobart.  This site was purchased as an investment for future development.  See article in our News Room.
1151 Summit Street - Crown Point:  Crown Point School Corporation purchased this site for a maintenance and office facility.  Commercial In-Sites brokers represented the Seller, Gough Construction in this transaction.
Commercial In-Sites, in its representation of an 80 acre vacant site on Colorado Street in Merrillville was successful in attracting Polycon Industries, a plastics manufacturer, to relocate from Chicago.  The new 160,000 sq. ft. masonry facility has have over 150 employees.  See our News Room.
Commercial In-Sites successfully handled the initial lease up of this Class A four story office building in Northwest Indiana.  The Pointe is located on US 30 in Schererville and comprises 51,000 square feet. 

Back in 1988, the greater Merrillville retail trade area surrounding Southlake Mall was just beginning to take off.   Commercial In-Sites was able to convince Sportmart that Northwest Indiana is a part of their Chicagoland market and they acquired the 40,000 sq. ft. former Riss Sales property.

Commercial In-Sites was the sole broker in the sale of this prominent four story, 60,000 sq. ft. brick office building located at 8400 Louisiana Street in Merrillville.  The property was marketed with a new Southlake Corporate Center identity and sold to Geminus Corporation for relocation of it’s headquarters.

House of Kobe II has moved into Northwest Indiana’s restaurant Mecca, Merrillville.  The Schererville based company has opened its second Japanese restaurant in the former Shakey’s Pizza building at 8100 Broadway with exciting Tappan-Yaki performing chefs and a sushi bar.  See our News Room.  

Commercial In-Sites in its representation of Northwestern Mutual Life, owners of the popular Summerwood Apartments in Merrillville, leased the former City Grille restaurant space to Venezia Bar and Grill.  This became a second establishment for the owners of Café Venezia.  See our News Room.

Commercial In-Sites was appointed the exclusive buyer broker by Envirotest for its acquisition of seven vehicle emissions testing facility sites in Indiana.  This assignment spanned nearly two years involving coordinating  many local and state governmental agencies.

The Gate Corporation of Tallahassee, Florida utilized the tenant representative services of Commercial In-Sites in its relocation from Valparaiso to Crown Point.   The project involved negotiating a 40,000 sq. ft. build to suit lease.  Later expanded to 60,000 sq. ft., the project has helped to attract many other new developments.
