Although licensed in Indiana and Illinois our principal focus area is Northwest Indiana. Founded in 1985, we have risen to the forefront of our industry in Northwest Indiana on the fundamental of professionalism.

Continuing education in the specialties of commercial, industrial and investment real estate is a foundation of Commercial In-Sites. Our principal broker, David Lasser holds the three highest designations offered in our industry, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and Dual Industrial/Office Specialist. He is presently the only broker in the state of Indiana to hold all 3 of these highest attainable designations. These designations extend from the highest levels of continuing education that the National Association of Realtors offers in the commercial specialty and demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and high transaction volume production. These designations link Commercial In-Sites into worldwide networks of cooperating broker associates that further expand our marketing potential.

Our local and regional  long time experience and success are among the strongest assets we have to offer. We have been members of many area chambers of commerce and regional economic development organizations. On regional levels, our firm is involved with various other organizations including networking with the Northwest Indiana Forum.
