We are licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, with a specific focus on serving Northwest Indiana, especially Lake County, Porter County, La Porte County, and Jasper County. We work exclusively in the sales, leasing and development of commercial, industrial and investment real estate properties. Our team offers decades of experience and has served a wide variety of satisfied clients with their buying, selling, and leasing needs.
Our principal broker, David Lasser, holds the three highest designations offered in our industry, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and Dual Industrial/Office Specialist. He is presently the only broker in the state of Indiana to hold all 3 of these highest attainable designations. These designations extend from the highest levels of continuing education that the National Association of Realtors offers in the commercial specialty and demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and high transaction volume production.
