I was in a jam. I had just bought a commercial condo and 4 months after the purchase I was informed that the only tenant in my building who had been there 10 years was leaving! I never saw that coming but Covid showed the tenant that they could quite nicely work remotely! I was panicking and needed help. I needed the best and I turned to David Lasser and his team at Commercial In-Sites. Their reputation for being effective and professional I had already heard about.
I met with Dave in his office and from that moment forward he took over and put me at ease. He asked me what I wanted and I said “Sell it or rent it”! Those were the words he wanted to hear. He turned me over to Maggie and she knew just what to do. She created a listing sheet and they were off and running. Dave on the showing side and Maggie on the call side. I wanted the building sold or rented and they were the team to get it done!
After several months of showings but no serious buyers or renters, under Maggie’s guidance, I dropped the rental and sales price. It helped a little with a bit more activity but I was nervous and was checking in to their office weekly. I dropped the prices a little more and finally some serious buyers! Dave Lasser reeled them in and got them to make a bid! At last, a serious buyer and then another buyer appeared. Dave got this buyer to bid up over the original bid! A bidding war! Just what a seller wants. Dave then got the first bidder to go higher even though they had representation and Dave would be splitting the commission. He works for his clients best interests and that demonstrated his integrity! We at last had a deal! I was so happy!
At that point Bonnie took over and she is a master at getting buyer and seller to the closing table. She patiently worked with me and she helped me to get prepared for the closing. Good news is that we closed on time, smoothly and I left the closing with a check in my hand! A perfect ending for a seller!
